CEREMONY ONLY PACKAGE
Looking for a beautiful, stress-free way to tie the knot? Our Ceremony Only package is perfect for couples who want to say their vows, capture stunning photos, and then continue the celebration elsewhere. With two hours of venue access for up to 50 guests, you’ll have plenty of time for a heartfelt ceremony and gorgeous portraits in our picturesque outdoor spaces, in our scenic hay field, and in front of our historic stone house.
To keep things simple, no food or alcohol is permitted, but nearly-weds are welcome to bring bottled or canned (non-glass) pop, tea, and water to enjoy during their time on-site. If you're dreaming of an effortless, picture-perfect ceremony before heading off to celebrate with loved ones, this package is just what you need!
All bookings preferably begin with a venue tour. Elopement/micro wedding tours will be a condensed version of our normal venue tours as the Ceremony Only package exclusively includes our outdoor spaces.
Once the tour concludes, nearly weds may confirm (at their convenience) whether they would like to book a ceremony date or not.
If nearly weds decide to book their date with us, we will require the full $500 non-refundable payment as well as a signed contract to complete the booking.
Nearly weds will be required to obtain a "day of" insurance policy from Nuptial - our go-to provider for event insurance.

For couples who want a short and sweet wedding experience with time to celebrate, our Ceremony & Reception package offers four hours of access for up to 50 guests in a stunning outdoor setting. Say "I do" in our tea garden ceremony site, capture gorgeous photos around the property, and then head straight into your reception inside the barn for a relaxed, intimate gathering. To keep things running smoothly, couples must arrive dressed and ready, as the timeline moves quickly from vows to reception. While no alcohol is permitted, food can be dropped off ready to serve or catered on-site by a licensed and insured professional—no on-site cooking, warming, or prep outside of licensed catering is allowed.
This package is perfect for couples who want a heartfelt ceremony, a simple yet elegant reception, and then continue the celebration elsewhere. If you're looking for a no-fuss, intimate wedding experience with just enough time to soak it all in, this is the package for you!

- Once the tour concludes, nearly weds may confirm (at their convenience) whether they would like to book a ceremony date or not.
- If nearly weds decide to book their date with us, we will require a 50% deposit ($750) as well as a signed contract to complete the booking. The remaining balance will be due 90 days before the event date. If booking your micro-wedding within 90 days of the event date, the full $1,500 will be due at the time of booking.
- Nearly weds will be required to obtain a "day of" insurance policy from Nuptial - our go-to provider for event insurance.
- 4 hours of access to the outdoor facilities of The Stone House at Silver Creek (the tea garden ceremony site, the lawn, the exterior of the historic stone house, and the pasture parking lot).
- White garden chairs for up to 50 guests
- Brown cross-back reception chairs (in the barn) for up to 50 guests
- Arbor decor (florals and drapes) pre-hung for you by the Stone House team and ready upon your arrival.
- Sweetheart and head table options
- 6ft round guest tables with black linens (for up to 50 guests)
- Buffet tables with black linens for food

We require clients to obtain event insurance. This is simple to purchase online, and typically cost around $100-150 depending on the details of your event.
Your rental fee includes the 6% Kentucky sales tax.
Signed contracts lock in pricing. Pricing is otherwise subject to change at any time.
The Stone House at Silver Creek is committed to flat rate pricing.
There are zero hidden fees. The only additional cost is if you wanted to rent additional décor/furniture -
and that is totally up to you.
Otherwise the price you see includes everything we have outlined above.
HISTORIC DRESSING SUITES
In the historic farmhouse (built in 1790), you'll find two separate, multi-level dressing suites. Each dressing suite features old-world charm, LOADS of natural light for photos, original 250 flooring, restrooms, modern amenities for getting ready, and much more!
