THE BARN
Our 2,400 sq ft. fully restored tobacco barn has been our primary event space for weddings and events since 2021. Whether nearly weds wish to host their ceremony, reception, or both within our barn space, this 250-year-old structure boasts classic charms with modern amenities. With our FREE drag-and-drop software, Prismm, couples may drag and drop all of our complimentary furniture items into the barn's floor plan and easily create digital floor plans for their celebration!

BARN PRICING AND PACKAGES
SINGLE DAY
BARN PACKAGE
Choose between Friday or Saturday for your single day venue rental. Single Day Packages are for a 12 hour period and begin at 12PM on the day of your booking and end at midnight on the same day. Each single day booking includes tables, chairs and linens for up to 175 guests, access to our wedding decor library, wedding coordination, full in-house bar services, as well as day of wedding guest transport.
We know you have a thousand decisions to make and hidden fees can make everything that much harder. That's why we try to keep our package and prices transparent and as clear as possible. Below you'll find more details on our two package options. At the moment, we do not set peak season vs. non-peak season pricing so the packages/pricing you see below is offered all year round.
Looking to create an intimate experience that allows for amazing memories and endless opportunities to bond with your friends & family? Our overnight package provides one night of onsite accommodations and access to the entire venue space. This allows you to host ceremony walk-throughs, rehearsal dinners, and bridesmaid brunches all in one swoop - saving you time and money. Don't invest your energy in managing logistics of multiple spaces when you can host everything here!
Additionally, multi-day packages allow you to provide expanded time windows for your vendors, which could potentially save thousands in additional labor and delivery fees.
This package provides access to the entire venue property for 2 days including 1 night of overnight accommodations for up to 15 people. Check in is noon on Friday (Day 1) and checkout is midnight on Saturday (Day 2) - Total of 36 Hours

We require clients to obtain event insurance. This is simple to purchase online, and typically cost around $100-150 depending on the details of your event.
Your rental fee includes the 6% Kentucky sales tax.
Signed contracts lock in pricing. Pricing is otherwise subject to change at any time.
The Stone House at Silver Creek is committed to flat rate pricing.
There are zero hidden fees. The only additional cost is if you wanted to rent additional décor/furniture -
and that is totally up to you.

Our ever-growing decor library consists of over $100,000 in centerpieces, table runners, signs, table numbers, lanterns, LED candles, candleholders, sweetheart chairs, sweetheart tables, arches, flower walls, greenery, full Ling's floral sets, and much more. You'll have ONE wedding, we'll have many. Let us loan you the decor necessary to pull off your ideal look without breaking the bank!
Our wedding coordination begins 4 months out from your event date. Over the years, we'vc seen, solved, and experienced it ALL. We're here to help put that knowledge to use and to ensure you enjoy a seamless wedding day. From the moment your booking begins, to ceremony, reception, and clean-up, we'll help you curate and execute your entire experience.
Our 6 person golf cart will be on standby on wedding day to help you and your wedding guests get to and from the ceremony site.
Our bar service for The Barn includes set up, breakdown, and bar service from cocktail hour, all the way through reception. Nearly weds work with our bar staff to craft and stock their ideal bar menu. From there, our team comes to wedding day with everything they need to deliver a top tier bar service.
HISTORIC DRESSING SUITES
In the historic farmhouse (built in 1790), you'll find two separate, multi-level dressing suites. Each dressing suite features old-world charm, LOADS of natural light for photos, original 250-year-old flooring, restrooms, modern amenities for getting ready, and much more!

Whether nearly weds prefer the popular Tea Garden site with our built in arbor, the antique greenhouse, the ivy adorned wall of the stone house or somewhere on our expansive lawn, The Barn wedding package allows engaged folks to choose from a wide array of outdoor ceremony sites!

Whether you have loved ones coming from out of town or just want a home base for the day before the wedding, our overnight package is an incredible option for those looking to reduce the wedding stress! Spend the Friday before your wedding, rehearse, have dinner and stay with up to 15 of your loved ones in our two story, 3 bed 4 bath Stone House Mansion.
